- Estimating and Budgeting- There are 2 ways of estimating a budget in the interior design industry i.e. Top down Estimate and Bottom Estimate. Under the Top-down approach, the designer gets a budget from the client for designing their space while in the Bottom estimate, the client wants to desire output and asks for a quotation from the designer.
