Refund Policy for HIITMS Academy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The student withdraws from a course before the commencement date.
The course is canceled by HIITMS Academy.
A duplicate payment is made due to technical errors.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

The student withdraws after the commencement of the course.
The student is dismissed due to misconduct or violation of academy policies.
Partial attendance or failure to complete the course.
Digital or downloadable course materials once accessed.

3. Refund Process

The refund process will take approximately 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during registration.

4. Course Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course (subject to availability and approval).
Course transfers must be requested in writing before the commencement date.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

HIITMS Academy reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
